Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Prince George's Chargers Youth Athletic Association directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- ALL EARLY REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL SPECIAL DISCOUNTED REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL BLOWOUT SPECIALS OR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All Programs: There is a 30% administrative fee assessed to all participants should you require a refund, no exceptions.
There are no refunds of the online registration for each program.
Enrichment Program(s): There is an additional $50 non-refundable fee assessed prior to the first day of class.
Fall Football: There is a $75 sanitation fee assessed to all registrants after equipment has been issued for all refunds. There will be no refunds on or after August 1st even if you register after August 1st.
Spring Football: There is a $25 fee assessed after the 4th practice and there is NO refund after April 1st. If custom uniforms are ordered, there is a charge for the cost of the uniform plus 20%.
Summer Conditioning Session: There are no refunds for summer conditioning sessions...no exceptions
Baseball: There will be an additional $50 fee assessed after uniforms have been issued. There are no refunds after the season has started.
Basketball: There will be a additional 20% assessed after the 1st practice and there are no refunds after January 1st.
Soccer: There will be a additional 20% assessed after the 1st practice and there are no refunds after the 3rd practice.
All registration requirements i.e. balances, forms, etc. must be satisfied prior to the first game of the season for ALL programs
BOUNCED CHECK FEE IS $50 per check
